There are several things you need to understand about what you can do in Metal Gear V.

1. Recruit people to your army by knocking out enemy soldiers, attaching them to balloons, and sending them to your base.
2. Make your helicopter purple and ride into battle playing “The Final Countdown” by Europe.
3. Find an audio tape of a soldier having diarrhea.
